Step One: Get Acquainted

Our creative process starts with getting to know the guest of honor or the family we’re becoming a part of for this moment in time! We want to know your likes, dislikes, vision, and overall story. Then, we get to work planning an event that will make happy memories you’ll cherish for life.

Step Two: Plan

We take care of everything, so you don’t have to worry about anything! We will guide you through the planning process, from finding the ideal venue to be the backdrop for your event to helping plan a menu with your favorite foods, and more. No Googling “How to plan a party?” required.

Step Three: Party!

Finally, it’s party time! In the days leading up to the event, we make sure you and all the vendors are ready to go and create a timeline for the day, so everything goes flawlessly. On the day of, we make it happen so you can just enjoy this special time with loved ones!

Absolutely, that’s what we’re here for! So many families and couples feel seriously overwhelmed when planning an event. Let’s be honest; you don’t do it every day, so that’s totally normal. Our job is to help you eliminate the overwhelm and help you plan the perfect party step-by-step. We’ll help you pick the perfect spot, create a super tasty menu, make sure the invites go out on time and help you manage all the little details along the way. We’ve got you covered, don’t worry!

We’re a family-owned business that treats every client like a part of our clan! We know just how important every celebration is. Through transparent, honest, and eager communication, we make sure that we honor your celebration as if it were one of our family’s own! Plus, we have a ton of experience in the events industry, to the point that we teach it to future planners at Quinnipiac University!

Since we customize every single proposal, we can’t really answer that right off the bat. Let’s schedule an initial consultation so we can get to know you and your party ideas. From there, we can give you a ballpark figure for planning your bespoke party! Every quote is really different as it considers the level of planning involvement, style of vendors and venue, dates and times, etc.
